


2.1 Plan Code (Optional)
Plan code Unique code for plan used to identify data.*One plan = one code*Alphanumeric characters can be used.*Code cannot be change after creation*If no code is specified, one will be generated automatically. The plan code is displayed on the Plan Details screen. The plan code is used in the search URL displayed at the bottom of this setting page.
2.2 Plan Name and Description (Required)
1. Plan Name Enter the plan name2. Plan Description Enter the plan description*The Plan Description text supports font formatting and hyperlink insertion.For more details about the text editor, refer to the Editor Guide. Both the "Plan Name" and "Plan Description" can be translated.
Click [Translate to all languages] to translate automatically.*Existing translations will be overwritten.
2.3 Search Filters & Meal & WiFi (Optional)
2.3.1 Search Filters
The search filter allows configuration of filter options displayed on the Booking Widget (such as Smoking/Non-Smoking or With Breakfast/With Two Meals).
These filters appear when guests search for accommodation plans.Additional search filters can be created in addition to the default ones.

- Action: 'Setting' → 'Booking Engine' → 'Search Filters'
Step 1 Click [No Category] to open the search filters settings screen.*Categories cannot be added. Step 2 Click [Add Filter] to create a new search filter. Step 3 Created filters can be used in "Room type" and "Hotel Plan". Step 4 Enter the "filter name" and "filter type", and keep the category as "No Category" when saving.*Once a search filter has been created, it cannot be deleted.
2.3.2 Meal
Meal options include Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
2.3.3 WiFi
WiFi options can be set to None, Free, or Paid.
3.1 Plan Visibility Settings (Optional)
1. Secret mode (Optional) ・ When this option is checked, the plan is not displayed in the search results.・ It will only appear when accessed directly via its URL.・ The URL can be confirmed at the bottom of the Plan Edit screen under “Search URL”.2. Voucher (Optional) ・ When this option is checked, the plan is not displayed in the search results.・ It will only appear when accessed directly via its URL.・ The URL can be confirmed at the bottom of the Plan Edit screen under “Search URL”.*Once this option is enabled and saved, it cannot be undone.*To use this feature, the same plan rate must be set for all dates, regardless of season or day of the week.If the rate varies, the function may not work correctly and could cause unexpected issues.3. Exclusive for Official Website (Optional) ・ When this option is checked, the plan is displayed only on the official website, and not on tripla.ai.
・ If unchecked, the plan will appear on both tripla.ai and the official website.3.2 Plan Options by languages (Optional)
Select the language option to be used for displaying the plan.The default setting is "All languages".
3.3 Availability of sales (Optional)
- Configure the sales status of each plan.
- By default, only active (on-sale) plans are displayed on the plan list page.
To display stopped or archived plans, select “Stopped” or “Archived” from “Status”, then search.Please note that plans cannot be deleted.
3.4 Period Settings
3.4.1 Offer Period (Required)
Set the period during which guests can check in and stay.
3.4.2 Posting Period (Optional)
Set the period during which the plan is viewable (but not necessarily bookable).By combining Offer Period and Posting Period, limited-time plans can be managed.
■Example 1:
To sell a Christmas-only plan that stops accepting reservations one week before the stay:
"Offer Period": Start Date: 2025-12-24 / End Date: 2025-12-25
"Posting Period": Until 2025-12-17
→ The plan will not appear on the booking screen after 2025-12-18.■Example 2:
To display a Christmas plan from November 1,
but start accepting reservations from December 1 until one week before:
"Offer Period": Start Date: 2025-12-24 / End Date: 2025-12-25
"Posting Period": Start Date: 2025-11-01 / End Date: 2025-12-17
"Booking Start Date": From 2025-12-01
→ The plan will be displayed in November but cannot be booked until December 1.
3.4.3 Posting start date (Optional)
Set when the plan becomes available for display before the check-in date.■Examples:
- Same-day plan: 0 days before, 00:00
- Last-minute plan (available from the day before): 1 day before, 00:00
The "Posting start date" are affected by the "Booking deadline".
・ Set the "Posting start date" to the same or greater number of days than the "Booking deadline".・ If both are the same day, set the "Posting start date" earlier than the "Booking deadline".The "Posting start date" is effective only if today is within the "Posting period".Even if today matches the "Posting start date", the plan will not appear if it is outside the "Posting period".When the "Posting start date" is set, the plan will not appear in “Search without check-in date” results.
3.4.4 Reservation period (Required)
The booking period can be configured "For All Users" and "For Members".3.4.5 Reservation start date (Optional)
Set the date when reservations can begin to be accepted.3.4.6 Booking deadline (Optional)
“Booking deadline” refers to the time when the tripla system stops accepting new reservations for the plan (i.e., when online sales stop).If not specified, the default booking deadline is 00:00 on the day of stay.To enable bookings after 24:00,(*If tripla Link is being used, this feature is not available.)configure this setting in the following screen (not in the plan edit screen):

1. Turn on the switch [Enable to set over 24:00] to enable date selection for the previous day in the booking widget calendar. 2. After the switch is turned ON, return to the Plan Settings screen.In the “Booking Deadline” field, select [-1 Days Beofre] to specify a time within the allowed range.3.5 Pricing structure (Required)
1. Head Count Charge The rate varies based on the number of guests staying. 2. Room Charge The rate is fixed per room, regardless of the number of guests. Do not change the 'Pricing Structure' once the plan has been createdChanging it may cause pricing to display incorrectly.
