2. Room Setting 

2.1 Room Type Settings (Required)

1. Room Code	A unique code for the room type. *It cannot be changed after creation.
2. Min # of People	Select the minimum number of guests.
3. Max # of People	Select the maximum number of guests. *Up to 35 guests can be set.
4. Number of rooms	The number of applicable rooms.

2.2 Room Description (Required)

The following items are required:

1. Room Type Name	Enter the room type name.
2. Description	Enter the room details.
3. Floors	Indicate with floor the room is located on.
4. Translate from main language	・Click to instantly translate into all languages. ・Click [Save] at the bottom to apply the changes to the booking screen.   *Existing translations will be overwritten.

2.3 Room Photos (Required)

Upload multiple photos for better presentation.

Step 1	Click [Add Photo]
Step 2	Select an image from the [Media Library]  *To select an image, one of the following is required:    1. Choose an image from [Browser files], save it to the Media Library first, then select it.    2. Or, [Upload images] directly from 'Media' in the Property Management screen.
Step 3	Click [Apply] to confirm.

2.4 Room Information (Required)

1. Room Information	If the availability of smoking rooms, showers, bathtubs, or toilets differs by room, select the corresponding options here to display them.    *Settings for items that are already checked can be modified from the following: Setting Page: Property Management screen Action: 'Settings' → 'Booking Engine' → 'Hotel Settings' →  "Room Types" → "Common room setting"
2.Bed Size	Enter the Number of beds.

2.5 Bed Size & Type Setting (Optional)

2.5.1 Bed Size

Display bed width and length in the booking widget.

1. Action: 'Settings' → 'Booking Engine' → 'Hotel Settings' → "Bed size setting" 

* If not set, only the bed type name appears in the booking widget.

2.5.2 Add New Bed Type

1. Action: "Bed size setting" → [＋Add your own bed type specifications].    
   

*Input is required in all languages (switch tabs and enter text for each language).

3.1 Search Filters (Required)

Select the filter (e.g., Smoking or Non-Smoking) under which the room type is displayed.

3.2 Selected plans (Required)

Select one or more plans to link with this room type.

*To automatically link future plans, check [Select all].
