Purpose:
This section is to explain how to bulk editing for Plans.

1. Where to Set

  1. Setting page: Brand Management screen
  2. Action: 'Setting' → 'Booking Engine' → [Plan Management] 


2. How to Bulk Edit Plans

Step 1Select the "Site Controller" from the dropdown.

Step 2After selecting the Site Controller, the applicable plans will be displayed.

Step 3
When the checkboxes on the left side of the plans are selected,
the [Bulk Update] button at the top right of the screen becomes clickable.

Step 4Clicking [Bulk Update] opens a panel on the right side of the screen to select the items to be modified.
Step 5Unchecking [Do not Change] for an item displays input fields for entering updated values.

Step 6
・The entered content will replace the existing content, it will not be added to the previous settings.
・After entering the updated content, click [Update Plan].

Step 7・The result of the plan update will be displayed at the top of the screen.

・If a plan update fails, an error message will be displayed.
・When an error message appears, only the affected plan will not be updated.
Warning
The following items cannot be modified through bulk editing:
  1. Target Inclusive Extra
  2. Select kids profile
  3. Plan Photos
  4. Select room type
  5. Target promotions
  6. Target Optional Extra
