Copy an Existing Plan


Info
Purpose:
This section is to explain on how to create new plan by copying existing plan content.
Estimate time: ~10mins

1. Where to Set

  1. Setting Page: Property Management screen
  2. Action: 'Plan' → [Choose the plan to copy]

2. How to Set

Step 1
Choose the plan to copy, on the 'Plan' list


Step 2

Click the [Copy] button located on the bottom of the Plan Editing Screen.


Step 3

Confirm the plan list.
The copied plan will have “Copy” added to the “Plan Name”, which can be deleted if not necessary.


Step 4
From this point, proceed with same step as creating new plan.

Warning
Attention:
  1. The copied plan is not translated automatically. Please make sure to click [Translate to all languages] button. 
　　　
  1. If the option linked to the accommodation plan has its sales setting turned OFF, the plan cannot be copied.
  2. When the plan name is updated, there may be a time lag before the new name is reflected in other languages.
