Plan Detail Modification

Purpose
This section is to guide you on how to modify existing plan such as changing status of Availability of sale.
⏱ Estimated time: ~10mins.

1. Where to Set

  1. Setting Page: Property Management screen
  2. Action: 'Plan' →  [Choose the plan to modify]

2. Stop Selling Plan

To stop selling a plan, please follow this step.
*Note: It is not possible to delete a plan once it has been created.
However, the plan can be hide from the booking widget by stopping its sales.

Step 1

 On "Availability of sales" →  check [Stop Selling]  


Step 2
 After click  [Save]  on the bottom of the Plan Editing Screen


3. Name Change and Translation Handling

If the room type or plan name is changed without using [Translate to all Languages], the previous translations will remain as they are.
When saving, a warning message-"Languages not yet updated" will appear to notify that the translations are not updated.

4. Search URL

After a plan is created, a [Search URL] field will appear.

The base part of this URL (before the parameters) is set from:

  1. Setting Page: Property Management screen
  2. Action: ' Admin Settings' → 'Property Information' → "Property website URL"

Q1. How to delete unused plan?
Plan cannot be delete once it create, but it can be hide by using "Stop Selling".
