Day-Use Plan Creation

Purpose:

This section is to explain on how to create Day-use plan.

This function is not available for properties using tripla Link.

Required Setting:

1. 2. Enable Day-use for the Plan (Required)
2. 3. Display Day-use plan on Booking Widget (Required)
   

*All of the above settings must be completed.

1. Where to set

1. Setting page: Property Management Screen
   
2. Action: 'Plan' → [Add]
   

*The process for creating Daily-use plan is same as 'Plan Creation'.

2. Enable Day-use for the Plan (Required)

Step 1	After clicking [Add] button, the Add New Plan screen will appear.
Step 2	To active the Day-use plan, enable [Day-use] box on "Minimum and Maximum nights"

Attention:

1. There is no separate Day-Use setting for Room Types.
   
2. When a Day-Use plan is linked to a regular Room Type, the room inventory will decrease when a customer books a Day-Use plan.
   
3. To prevent this issue, it is recommended to create a dedicated day-use room type and assign separate inventory for day-use bookings.

3. Display Day-use plan on Booking Widget (Required)

1. Setting page: Property Management Screen
   
2. Action: 'Setting' → 'Widget Settings' → 'Booking Widget'

Step 1	Scroll down to the bottom page, and enable [Day-use plan switch].
Step 2	Click [Save] button on the bottom of the page.
Once Day-use plan switch is enabled in Tripla book, "Book for day-use only" switch will appear on Booking Widget
When the customer enable the switch, only Day-use plan will be displayed.

4. Use Case: Managing Day-Use Plans by Hour

It is possible to sell day-use plans by time slot by creating separate room types for each time period and assigning stock to each one.

Step 1	・ Create each time slot as a separate room type and link it with the pre-created Day-Use Plan. ■Related Manual Room Type Settings – How to create and manage different room types. Plan Creation – How to create plans.
Step 2	・Make sure that inventory and prices are properly set for each created time slot. ■Related Manual Inventory and Pricing Management – How to set inventory and pricing.
Step 3	・The hourly day-use plan is now ready for sale.
