This section is to explain how to Insert Images into Automatic Messages in the Chat.

File size requirements: Up to 800 × 800 px
Maximum file size: 20 MB

*All of the above settings must be completed.

1. Where to Set

  1. Setting Page: Property Management screen
  2. Action: 'Auto Message' → [New auto message]


2. Inserting Image in the Chatbot (Required)

Step 1・This applies to both PC and smartphone.
[www] refer to website.
* If the CM account is linked to another social media such as LINE or Facebook, the social media logo will appear as follow.
 
Step 2On the "Type" Section, select [Chat]
Step 3
Enter the title. 
*This will only display in admin page and not displayed on customer screen.
Step 4Select [Image] as "Message type".

3. Uploading Image (Required)

1. Show header text above the imageEnter text on the above of the image
*Optional setting, can be left unchecked
2. Show footer text below the imageEnter text on the below of the image.
*Optional setting can be left unchecked
3. Set landing URL on the image
・Set the link to be opened when the image is clicked.
・Insert the URL of a page that explains access information, or enter the URL of an image hosted on the web to allow the image to be viewed in an enlarged format.
4. Use same image to all localesThe same image is used for all languages, and only one image can be uploaded.
5. Use different image on all locales
Different images can be used for each language.
After selection, one image can be uploaded per language.
6. Trigger・Select when the image is displayed within the chatbot.

7. Color
Background color: Set the chatbot background color.
Text color: Set the text color.


4. Enable date & time activation (Optional)

  1. Enable the display timing option to set a display period
  2. Suitable for time-limited announcements such as renovation notices.
