Bulk Upload Images in Media

Purpose:
This section explains how to upload and manage multiple images collectively in the Media screen.
By uploading images to the Media screen in bulk first, images can be efficiently selected and applied when creating room types or plans.

1. Where to Set

  1. Setting Page: Property Management screen
  2. Action: 'Media'

Warning
Upload Restriction:
​<In the media screen>
Maximum size of per image is 800MB
Make sure to upload only images for which you own the copyright.

<In the Room Type / Plan screen>
File format: JPG
File size: Up to 20MB
Minimum dimensions: 500 x 300 pixels
Recommended aspect ratio: 16:9

2. Upload

 Step 1
 Click [Upload Images].

 Step 2
 Choose an image from [Browser files], and click [Open].


Step 3
After that, there will be pop "The photos have been uploaded" and the uploaded image will be displayed on the list.

3. Image Display Mode

To switch image display mode between "List View" or "Icon View" use button on the right side of Media Screen.

3.1 List View

Images are displayed in  a table format, where Display name, File name,  Upload Date, and Tags are displayed.

3.2 Icon View

Images are displayed as thumbnails.









4. Editing Display Name & Tags

Click on an uploaded image to edit the Display Name and assign tags.

5. Tag Management

  1. When only one image is selected, only the [Delete]  button is displayed.
  2. When two or more images are selected, the [Edit] button appears, allowing you to modify tags.
  3. Tags can be added to uploaded images all at once.
1. Choose two or more images, and click [Edit].
2. Input tag on the pop-up Window and, click [Confirm]  to apply
3. Tags can be used to filter images in search results.

6. Deleting Images

To Delete uploaded images, select the image to delete and click [Delete] button.
Warning
Attention:
Images deleted from Media will also be deleted from any 'Room Type' or 'Plan' they are linked to.
