
3.1 Naming
- Configure the Chatbot's name and title.
- The Chatbot's name and title will be displayed on the top bar when chatbot is open.
3.2 Appearance
3.2.1 Theme Color
Customize the theme color for the Chatbot (top bar color, text bubble color, chat icon, and text color).
3.2.2 Chat icon
The Chatbot icon can be customized by selecting on of the option or by uploading a logo image.
3.2.3 Minimize Icon
The icon can be minimized using the “–” button at the top right.
The color of the minimized icon can also be customized.
3.3 Animation
- The chatbot icon in its unopened state can be animated to make it more noticeable.
- Not only can it play once, but the loop interval and timing of pauses can also be finely adjusted.
3.4 Position
- Display position of the message bubble and chat icon can be adjusted.
- Position settings are available for the chat icon’s bubble, the chat icon itself, and the chat window.
- Position and size can be modified to prevent overlap with buttons or links on the website.
3.5 Setup
1. Chat Open Code ・Three types of code can open the chatbot: link, button, and image.・Embedding any of these code types allows the chat to be opened from any location on the homepage.2. URL filter ・URL-based page display filtering can be configured.・A QR code can be downloaded.・Five filter types are available: match, contains, does not contain, starts with, and ends with.3. QR Code ・The chatbot can be displayed via a QR code.
・This QR code can be used when showing it on materials such as room flyers.
3.6 Upload
It is possible to set whether guests can upload images and files in the chat.
