

| 1. Create Custom User Segment | To configure conditions, click [Create Custom User Segment]. |
| 2. Title (Required) | ・Input the title of the segment at "Creating Custom User Segment" field. *It is used only within the admin panel and will not be visible to customers. |
| 2. Rule | ・Up to 70 data items can be used to create categories. ・Combine categories using AND, OR, and (). For example, "a AND b OR c" or "a AND (b OR c)". ・Click the trash icon to delete a category. |

Update Button and User List | ・After setting the "Rule", clicking icon [Refresh] in the upper-right retrieves the results. ・The results display: - Member ID - Latest Checkout Date - Checkout Room Nights (Total) - Life Time Value (Total) *Non-member (anonymous) guests are based mainly on cookie information, so personal details are not shown. |
| 5. ID | ・If the user is a member, click the ID to view detailed member information. |
| 6. Save the configured "Rule" | ・Set the rule and click [Save]. ・After clicking [Save], only the "Create Custom User Segment" tab will be displayed, along with the number of users and other retrieved data. |

| Step 2 | Enter a [title] and click the [Download] button to download the CSV template. |
| Step 3 | In the downloaded template, fill in the [email] and [uid] fields. ![]() *Both [email] and [uid] are required fields. *[uid] is an ID used by the property to identify the email address and is not related to the tripla ID. |
| Step 4 | ・Save the CSV template and upload it. ・When [Save] is clicked, the data is imported and the segment is created, and only the "Create Brand User Segment" tab is displayed. |

4.1 Updating a Brand User Segment
The process for updating a Brand User Segment is as follows:
Step 1 Click [Download] for "Download last import result" to check the latest upload. Step 2 Review for any errors and add or remove email addresses as needed. Step 3 Upload the updated CSV template again to overwrite the segment with the new list.
- Brand user segments are independent from tripla custom user segments.
Unlike custom user segments, conditions cannot be added to brand user segments.- Each time a CSV file is uploaded, the existing email addresses in the segment are overwritten.
