Commonly Used Segment V2

1. Member Email Opt-in

At the time of member registration, users eligible to receive emails are automatically filtered based on their consent to receive email newsletters.
Therefore, it is not necessary to segment users by membership program or opt-in status.
The “Email Opt-in” segment is intended for actions other than email delivery.
For example, it can be used to send LINE push notifications only to users who cannot receive email newsletters.

2. Commonly Used Segment V2

Purpose
Setting Details
1. Send a second-use promotion to guests who checked out the day before and have a total of one stay

2. Send a booking reminder to users who registered yesterday but haven’t made a reservation yet

3. Send promotion or reservation reminder to the guests who make reservation within the last 180 days


4. Send promotion to the guest who had checked out within the last 180 days
5. Send promotion to users who have not made any reservations in the past year
6. To display the Bot icon only to non-members who visited the website within the last 180 days
7. To display the Bot icon only to non-members who have no reservations
8. Non-members who have agreed to receive emails
9. Member
10. Users who belong to a specific membership program among multiple membership programs
11. (For operators managing both business hotels and resort hotels)
To encourage private stays by business travelers, send a 5% OFF coupon for resort use to users who have stayed at a business hotel but have not stayed at a resort hotel
12. Re-engagement of users who used the service over a year ago but not within the past year
