Info
Purpose:
This section is to explain how to create the content of marketing Emails.

1. Where to set

  1. Setting pageTripla Connect Management Screen
  2. Action: 'Campaign'
  1. The campaign page displays a list of created marketing Emails along with their delivery history.
  2. To create a new campaign, click the [Create] button.

2. Campaign Basic Settings (Required)

1. Campaign NameEnter the Campaign Name.
2. Tags・Add tags to the campaign. 
・Enter any text in the 
"Tag" field and click [Add] button to attach tag.
3. Customer Segments・Select target "Customer Segment" from the dropdown list to sent the campaign mail.
"Customer Segment" dropdown list can be set on "Segment V2"


3. Campaign Type (Required)

3.1 Marketing Email

1. Template
Select template text prepared by tripla from the dropdown menu.
2. Title
・Enter the subject line that will be displayed to recipients.
・Variables provided by tripla can be used in the format {{variable}}.
▼Example:
{{brand_name}} – The brand name registered in the tripla admin screen is applied.
▼Info:
*Variables can also be used in the title and body by specifying {{variable_name}}.
The following three variables are available:
{{member_first_name}} – First name
{{member_last_name}} – Last name
{{brand_name}} – Brand name
3. TextEnter detailed formatting options from the [Content][Blocks], and [Body] sections in the menu on the right.
4. ContentSet the content button, text or images. 
5. BlocksDivide the email body into blocks and enter different content in each block.
6. BodySet the text color, background color, content width, alignment, font, and font weight.

3.2 SNS Broadcast

Warning
The SNS broadcast feature is not available without a tripla Bot subscription.
1. Title
This is an internal management title and is not displayed to customers.

2. Channel
・Select either [LINE] or [Messenger].

Only SNS services that are integrated under "Property Management Screen > Admin Settings > Features and Integrations" in the Bot property admin screen are displayed here.

*WhatsApp is not supported by the Connect SNS broadcast feature.



3. Images
Input image for the campaign.

4. Text
Enter the free text.

5. Add CTA button
・When configuring a link, set the button title and the destination URL.
*If a link is configured and [Save] is clicked, the following UTM parameters are automatically added, enabling conversion tracking:
utm_source=cdp&utm_medium=line&sns_id={{sns_id}}

6. Send Sample
The created message can be sent as a test.

How to Send a Sample: 
When [Send Sample] is selected, a sample preview is displayed as shown in the image below.

Follow the on-screen instructions, open the relevant SNS, and send the message without modifying the content.
Warning
Messenger channel user segments refer to individuals who chat with the hotel via platforms such as LINE or Facebook.
Users who log in via LINE or Facebook and access the booking widget are not included.

4.  Exclude Previously Messaged Users

・By entering the number of days, users who have received messages in the past within the specified segment are excluded.
・Messages are sent only to users who have not been contacted during that period.

5. Schedule

  1. When the schedule button is enabled, a menu list will appear
    *Make sure to select the 
    "Customer Segment", otherwise the "Schedule" enabled box will not be clickable.
  2. Enter the date in the "Delivery Date" field and the time in the "Delivery Time" field.
  3. GMT+9 refers to Japan Standard Time (JST).

6. Repeat 

  1. When Repeat option is enabled, a menu will appear.
  2. Configure the repeat delivery to sent the marketing Email automatically.
1. Recurring Delivery Settings・Select Day, Week, or Month from the dropdown menu.
▼To send weekly:
Select 
"Week" and choose the day of the week for the message to be sent.

To send monthly:
Select "Month" and choose the delivery frequency.
2. Ends
Never: Messages continue to be sent without an end date.
On [Date]: Set a specific date to end the delivery on that date.
After [times] instances: Set the number of deliveries, for example, end the delivery after 10 messages.
3.  Delete Recurring ScheduleTo delete the  the recurring delivery schedule, click on the [Trash can] icon.


7. Save, Send Email, and Delete (Required)

  1. [Save]: Save the created campaign.
  2. [Delete]: Delete the created campaign.
  3. [Send Email]: Send the email immediately.
Warning
The content must be saved before sending.

8. Copying Campaign 

  1. Click [Copy] Button at the bottom of the screen to duplicate the campaign.
  2. When copied, [Copy of ○○○○] will be added to the title.
    *This title will be used as email subject line, therefore please be sure to edit it before sending.


9. Checking Campaign Delivery History

On the "Campaign" page, past email delivery history can be reviewed from "History".
