| 1. Brand Manager | ・The Brand Manager can access and manage all property management screens under the contracted brand and can grant permissions to other managers. This is the highest permission level. ・Brand manager can grant all permission (Brand Manager, Property Manager, Property Operator, Cleaning Staff) ・When temporarily adding an account for a website developer at the time of launch, the Brand Manager should perform the setup. *Assigning Brand Manager permissions to the website developer is recommended. |
| 2. Property Manager | ・Only the property's admin panel can be viewed and edited. ・Property Manager can grant permissions to roles below Property Manager level (Property Operator and Cleaning Staff) but cannot grant permission for Brand Manager. |

Step 1 Click the icon in the top right corner of the admin screen.
Step 2 Select [Manage user] to view registered concierges. Step 3 ・After Clicking [Manage User], account list will be displayed.・Click [Add Concierge] button to create new account.Step 4 ・Enter required information such as Name, Email, and Authority.・After that click [Add] Button on the below.Step 5 ・A temporary password will be sent via email, which can be used to log in.※After the first login, users must change their password.

1. Updating Account Email ・Click Manage Account to access the "Update Profile" screen.
・On the profile screen, email address, display name and profile image can be edit.2. Updating Password Click [CHANGE PASSWORD] in the left menu to change the login password for the admin panel.

5.1 Where to Set
The scope of permissions that can be granted is as follows.

Various settings can be configured by clicking [Edit] in permission management.
1. View ・Only viewing member information are possible.・Editing or deleting is not possible.2. View & Edit ・Viewing and editing member information are possible.・Deletion is not possible.3. View & Edit & Delete Viewing, editing, and deleting member information are possible. 5.3 Editing room types and plans (For Property Managers only)
- Select the items that the Property Managers are allowed to edit, and click [Apply] after selecting.
- All items are selected by default. To prevent editing of specific items, deselect them and click [Apply].

6.1 Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
MFA (Multi-factor Authentication) can be configured from "MFA" in the profile settings.6.2 IP Address Restriction
- Setting page: Brand Management Screen
- Action: 'Admin Setting' → "IP Address Restriction"
Step 1 ・By default, restrictions are set disabled.
・Click [Edit] to delete or add multiple IP addresses.Step 2 ・Check [Active] box・Registered the IP Address・Click [Save]
- When access restrictions are enabled, the IP address currently in use is automatically saved.
- If accessing from a non-fixed IP address, be sure to specify and save the fixed IP address.
- Without saving the fixed IP address, access may become unavailable when a dynamic IP address changes.
