Purpose:
This section explains how to manage the users or accounts that can access and operate the admin panel.
These users are referred to as administrators, accounts, or concierges.

Warning
Account and Email Address Rules
  1. Only one permission can be assigned per email address in the tripla admin panel.
  2. If the following error message appears, it means that email is already in use and cannot be assigned another permission.
    Error message: “Email already exists”
    Solution: Please use a different email address to request a new permission.

1.  Where to Set

  1. Two types of admin panel are available
    1. Brand admin panel
    2. Property admin panel
  2. The screen type is displayed in the upper-left corner
    1. Brand: the corporate entity and is managed at the brand-wide level
    2. Property: each contracted hotel, managed individually.
      Each property is organized under its corresponding brand.
  3. Hierarchy Example:

2. Permissions and access scope

1. Brand Manager
・The Brand Manager can access and manage all property management screens under the contracted brand and can grant permissions to other managers.
This is the highest permission level.
・Brand manager can grant all permission (Brand Manager, Property Manager, Property Operator, Cleaning Staff)
When temporarily adding an account for a website developer at the time of launch, the Brand Manager should perform the setup.
*Assigning Brand Manager permissions to the website developer is recommended.
2. Property Manager・Only the property's admin panel can be viewed and edited.
・Property Manager can grant permissions to roles below Property Manager level (Property Operator and Cleaning Staff) but cannot grant permission for Brand Manager.
3. Property Operator・Can only view the assigned property’s admin panel.
・Cannot grant any permissions.
4. Cleaning Staff
・Only the tripla Guide request page can be viewed and edited.
No additional permissions can be added later.
・Cannot grant any permissions.
*Due to system specifications, password changes can only be made through the “Forgot your password?” option on the login page.

3. Adding a New Concierge

Step 1Click the icon  in the top right corner of the admin screen.

Step 2Select [Manage user] to view registered concierges.

・After Clicking [Manage User], account list will be displayed.
・Click [Add Concierge] button to create new account.

Step 4
・Enter required information such as Name, Email, and Authority.
・After that click [Add] Button on the below. 
Step 5
・A temporary password will be sent via email, which can be used to log in.
※After the first login, users must change their password.

  1. The permission hierarchy is: Brand Manager > Property Manager > Property Operator, with Brand Manager having the highest level of access.
  2. In the language selection settings, the language used for emails sent when adding a Concierge account and the language displayed at first login can be selected.
  3. When multiple branches exist, the branch list appears after selecting a permission level.
    Select the branch to which the permission should be assigned.
  4. When a Property Operator or Property Manager account is added, logging in opens the management screen for that specific property.
    Access to the 
    Brand Management screen is not available.


4. Updating Account Email or Password

1. Updating Account Email・Click Manage Account to access the "Update Profile" screen. 
・On the profile screenemail addressdisplay name and profile image can be edit.

2. Updating PasswordClick [CHANGE PASSWORD] in the left menu to change the login password for the admin panel.

Warning
  1. When changing a Property Operator or Property Manager account to a Brand Manager account,
    updating the permission in the management screen will not take effect.
  2. Delete the existing permission once, then add the account again with Brand Manager permission.

5. Granting administrative privileges

Brand Manager can add permissions for Property Manager and Property Operator.

5.1 Where to Set

  1. Setting Page: Brand Management Screen 
  2. Action: 'Admin Settings' → "Permissions Management"

The scope of permissions that can be granted is as follows.

5.2 View, edit, and delete member information

Various settings can be configured by clicking [Edit] in permission management.

1. View
・Only viewing member information are possible.
・Editing or deleting is not possible.
2.  View & Edit
Viewing and editing member information are possible.
・Deletion is not possible.
3. View & Edit & DeleteViewingediting, and deleting member information are possible.

5.3 Editing room types and plans (For Property Managers only)

  1. Select the items that the Property Managers are allowed to edit, and click [Apply] after selecting.
  2. All items are selected by default. To prevent editing of specific items, deselect them and click [Apply].

6. Strengthening Admin Panel Security

6.1 Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

MFA (Multi-factor Authentication) can be configured from "MFA" in the profile settings.

6.2 IP Address Restriction

  1. Setting pageBrand Management Screen
  2. Action'Admin Setting' → "IP Address Restriction"

Step 1・By default, restrictions are set disabled.
・Click 
[Edit] to delete or add multiple IP addresses.

・Registered the IP Address
・Click [Save]

  1. When access restrictions are enabled, the IP address currently in use is automatically saved.
  2. If accessing from a non-fixed IP address, be sure to specify and save the fixed IP address.
  3. Without saving the fixed IP address, access may become unavailable when a dynamic IP address changes.
