Features and Integrations
Purpose:
This section explains the services in Features and Integrations.
Note:
Changing the ON/OFF settings under “Features and Integrations” may affect related functions
and the timing of service billing.
Please be sure to contact your tripla sales representative before making any changes.
1. Where to Set
- Setting page: Property Management Screen
- Action: 'Admin Setting' → [Features and Integrations]
2. Tripla Features
This setting controls the use of tripla Book services.
It is preconfigured by tripla and no changes are required by the customer.
3. Site controller & PMS
- Integration between the tripla and site controllers can be managed.
- Since the settings are configured in advance by tripla, only the site controllers currently in use are displayed on the admin screen.

■Notes on Changing the Site Controller:
Please notify tripla in advance when changing the site controller.
The site controller switch is operated by tripla and should not be changed by the property.
■Impact of Switching Site Controllers:
- When a site controller is changed, a new property account is created for the new site controller.
- Simply switching the site controller under “Services in Use” in the existing account will not complete the change.
- Except for Bot FAQs, settings such as plans and room types cannot be copied and must be registered again.

(Each content item can be copied individually from the original property account)
■Regarding Future Reservations and Receipt Issuance for the Old Account
▼Future Reservations:
Any changes or cancellations must be handled through the old account.
▼Receipt Issuance:
Once the integration between the old site controller and the old tripla Book account is disconnected,
receipts can no longer be issued, even if tripla Book remains active.
For reservations already completed under the old tripla Book account,
receipts must be issued by the property.
