Tripla Management Screen Help Page
Purpose: This section is to explain how to access to Tripla Management Screen Help Page (Manual).
1. How to Access
From the [? icon] at the top right of each management screen, a link is available to the manual for the corresponding settings page.
For Example, If clicked [? icon] 'Plan' screen, the 'Plan' manual will be displayed.
2. Manual Page Structure
| 1. Search Bar | ・Enter a keyword in the search box to find articles. ・Press [Ctrl + F] to search keyword within the article, matching terms will be highlighted for easy reference. |
| 2. Language | Switch to different language. *Only Japanese and English are supported. |
| 3. Feature Update | Information about new features released from April 2025 onward is published here. |
| 4. Product-Specific Manuals | ・The Manuals are organized by product (e.g., tripla Book, tripla Bot). ・The manuals are categorized according to the management screen hierarchy, including the "Property Management" and "Brand Management" screens. *The management hierarchy of each manual can also be checked from the manual page. |
| 5. Table of Contents | ・Each article includes its own table of contents. ・Clicking a section title jumps directly to that part of the article. |
