Purpose
This section is to explain how to set up Facebook Messenger Integration within the tripla management screen.

1. Where to Set

  1. Setting pagetriplaBot Property Management Screen
  2. Action'Admin Setting' → [Feature and Integration]

2. Facebook Messenger System integration (Required)

Step 1 Turn ON the flag for [Facebook Messenger] on "System Integration" section.

Step 2Click [Log in With Facebook].

Step 3Confirm that log in account, then click [Continue as ●●]

Step 4Select the page(s) to link.
*Multiple pages can be selected.

Step 5
Set the permissions to allow access, then click [Finished].

Step 6From the “Facebook Page” dropdown, select the page to link and click [Confirm].


3. Enabling Facebook Messenger Feature (Required)

Step 1Click [Setting] button under the Facebook Messenger on System Integration.

Step 2 Turn [ON] the enable switch to active Facebook Messenger function. 

Step 3
Click [Messages] on Facebook page to open the chat. 


4. Optional Feature

Facebook Messenger has its own unique optional features.

4.1 General

1. Facebook Messenger URLWhen a Facebook Page is linked to tripla, the Facebook Messenger URL is generated automatically.
This URL can be used on websites, in email communications, or in SMS messages.
2. Use the Return key to send messages・Turning ON this setting will enable customers to send messages by pressing the [Enter] key.
・Turning this OFF, messages can be sent only by clicking the [Send] button or the send icon.

4.2 Messenger Bot Behavior

  1. Enabling this option allows users to chat directly via Facebook Messenger.
  2. The feature can be enabled for mobile devices, desktop, or both.
  3. Once configured, the user can choose Facebook Messenger as communication channel from the chatbot.

4.2.1 Show a Greeting

Set welcome message that will be sees by the users when they initiate a conversation on Facebook page.

4.2.2 IceBreaker

IceBreaker is optional feature provided in Facebook Messenger, where user can trigger when they star conversation. 
1. Supported languageIce Breaker supports only a single language. Please specify the language to be used in the settings.
2. FAQ Codes・Input FAQ Codes in the "FAQs" section, to set automatic message.
・By specifying FAQ codes, it presents several questions to users. When a user selects a presented question, the AI responds with an appropriate answer.
