tripla Book – Google Hotel Ads Integration
Purpose:
This section explains how to integrate Tripla Book with Google Hotel Ads, Google’s hotel search and advertising service.

Requirements for Appearing in Google’s Free Booking Links:
- A Google Business Profile account is required.
- The JavaScript code must be installed on the official website of each property.
- Inventory and rates are properly configured and the property is bookable.
- Google My Business functions as a business profile—an identification card within the Google ecosystem.
- If no business profile exists, registration can be completed for free via the Google Business website.
- After registration, the business information will be displayed in the format shown in the example.
1. Steps to Get Started
- Once the setup is complete and tripla Book is enabled, tripla retrieves the property’s ARI (availability, rates, inventory) and sends it to Google,
allowing dynamic display to travelers during hotel searches.
- After the site goes live, tripla will complete the necessary settings for display, so no additional configuration is required in the management screen.

2. Business Category
- To enable free Booking Links, the business category must be set.
- For more details on Google's property classification, please refer to link.
- Currently, vacation rentals are classified under the Vacation Rental (VR) category and are not supported.
- To enable display, please set the category to “Hotel.”

3. Important Notes
Due to our data transmission specifications, reservation information can only be displayed on Google Hotel Ads for up to six months in advance.

・Ads – Featured Options: Requires payment to display ads on Google. ・All Options: Does not require payment to display ads.
・Facilities wishing to use the paid advertising option must contact their sales representative, as a separate contract is required. ・After the monthly budget is set, a hotel campaign is created and the bidding process begins. ・When the hotel campaign is active, both free and paid ads may be displayed. |
| Q3.Why are ads not displayed on certain dates? | ・Hotel ads depend on various auction dynamics. ・Uncontrollable factors—such as competitor bids, price accuracy scores, past performance, and price ranges—may affect ad performance on specific dates. |
| Q4. Why is a 1-person rate displayed instead of a 2-person rate? | If the hotel category is Business Hotel or Capsule Hotel, the default display is the per-person rate.
