設定する場所

Connect管理画面ーSNSブロードキャスト



作成方法

SNSブロードキャスト画面の「作成」をクリックし、作成画面に遷移します。



管理画面
用途

SNSブロードキャストの管理用タイトルです。お客様には表示されません。

配信を行う対象となるセグメントを選択してください。
直近の日程でマーケティングメッセージを受信したユーザーを除外する事も可能です。

LINE・Messenger・Whatsappのどれかを選択します。
※ここにはBotの施設管理画面の管理者設定ー利用サービスでシステム連携したSNSサービスが表示されます。

◆利用サービスの管理画面



メッセージに画像を入れ込む場合、ここで画像を追加してください。
例）クーポン画像を入れた場合


メッセージの内容を入力してください。
例）クーポン画像と文章を入れた場合（LINEでの送信例）



リンクなどを設定する場合、ボタンのタイトルとリンク先を設定してください。

※リンクを設定し[保存]を押下すると、以下のUTMパラメーターが自動的に追加され、コンバージョン計測が出来ます。

作成したメッセージをテスト送信することが可能です。
メッセージの送信を行う前に保存をし、必ずサンプルから確認を行ってください。

送信する日時を設定する事が可能です。

設定が完了したら保存を行ってください。

サンプルの送信方法

サンプルの送信を選択すると、LINE・facebookの画面が開かれます。
入力されているテキストを変更せず送信を行うと下の画像のような形でサンプルの確認が可能です。

[サンプルの送信]を選択するとFacebookMessengerの画面に遷移します。

文章を変更せず送信を行ってください。

メッセンジャー・チャネルのユーザーセグメントは、LINEやFacebookなどのプラットフォームを通じてホテルとチャットをする個人です。LINEやFacebookでログインして予約ウィジェットにアクセスするユーザーは対象外です。
