2.1 General Setting
1. Extra type Default setting. 2. Sales Types Select [Inclusive Extra].・Optional Extra: Added during the reservation process when entering guest information.・Inclusive Extra: Included in the plan from the beginning and sold as part of the plan. 3. Extra name & Description (required) Enter the "Extra name" and "Description".*Please note that this is not displayed on the booking screen or in the reservation management screen.4. Notes *For Inclusive Extras, the configured items are not displayed on the booking screen or in the reservation management screen.5. Unit (required) Set the unit of the Extra.*Please note that this is not displayed on the booking screen or in the reservation management screen.6. Image *For Inclusive Extras, the configured items are not displayed on the booking screen or in the reservation management screen. 7. Inventory Management ・ Inventory management is available only for "Generic".・ If the Extra has no stock limitations, select [Unlimited].・ If the Extra has daily stock limits, select [Inventory by day], and manage it from the "Extras Inventory".
- Sales Types: Only [Optional Extra] or [Inclusive Extra] can be selected.
- Room count per night: When a guest makes a reservation, the specified inventory will automatically decrease.
*Once linked to a plan, the sales type cannot be changed.
2.2 Charge Type
Inclusive Extra are included within the plan, meaning the extras fees are incorporated into the plan price.
When creating a plan, add [Inclusive Extra] as needed.
| Step 1 | Once the Inclusive extra has been saved, the [Add inclusive extras] button will appear on the plan page. |
| Step 2 | Select the applicable inclusive extra. |
| Step 3 | Click [Confirm] to link it to the plan. |
