Variables for Custom Email Templates
Purpose: This section explains the list of variables used in custom email templates.
Each variable is automatically displayed according to its purpose.
Variable Name | Description |
| facility_name | Displays the name of the property. |
| facility_address | Displays the property’s registered address. |
| facility_tel | Displays the property’s contact phone number. |
| facility_website_url | Displays the property’s website URL. |
| reservation_number | Displays the reservation number. |
| reservation_number_qr_code | Displays a QR code for the reservation number (without branch suffix). |
| reservation_checkin_date | Displays the check-in date for the reservation. |
| reservation_number_of_guests | Displays the total number of guests for the reservation. |
| reservation_number_of_rooms | Displays the number of rooms booked. |
| reservation_currency | Displays the currency used at the time of booking. |
| reservation_currency_unit | Displays the symbol of the currency used at the time of booking. |
| reservation_rooms_info_daily_rate | Displays the room rate per day. |
| reservation_total_amount | Displays the total amount of the reservation. |
| reservation_payment_amount | Displays the total amount paid by the guest. |
| reservation_point_discount_amount | Displays the total discount amount applied using points. |
| point_item_name | Displays the name of the point program. |
| reservation_payment_method | Displays the payment method selected for the reservation. |
| reservation_deposit_amount | Displays the prepaid amount for the reservation. |
| reservation_remaining_payment_amount | Displays the remaining balance after prepayment. |
| reservation_accommodation_tax_amount | Displays the accommodation or lodging tax. |
| notifications | Displays custom notices or messages from the property. |
| additional_questions_and_answers | Displays any extra questions and their answers from the guest. |
| reservation_contact_name | Displays the name of the guest who made the reservation. |
| reservation_contact_number | Displays the phone number of the guest who made the reservation. |
| reservation_rooms_info | Displays detailed information about the booked room(s). |
| reservation_extras_info | Displays details of optional items or extras included in the reservation. |
| reservation_url | Displays the URL for confirming the reservation details (required variable) |
| reservation_payment_update_url | Displays the link to the credit card prepayment page. |
| cancellation_fee | Displays the cancellation fee. *usable only in the “Reservation Cancellation Email” template. |
| refund_amount | Displays the refund amount. *usable only in the “Reservation Cancellation Email” template. |
After the variables are replaced with the tripla template values, please check them in the sample email.
