Updating Guest Information (Guest Screen)
Purpose:
This section explains how to modify guest's information from the reservation confirmation email.
⏱ Estimated time: ~5 mins
- Guest information can be updated via the reservation confirmation email.
- Only the following items can be changed:
Name, phone number, guest name, and address. - Date changes or changes to the number of guests require making a new reservation.
| Step 1 | Open the Reservation Confirmation URL provided in the reservation confirmation email. |
| Step 2 | Select [Update Guest details]. |
| Step 3 | ・A screen like below will be displayed. ・The guest details can be updated. ・After entering the changes, select [Save] to register the updated information. |
