
| Step 1 | ・Guests can log in by clicking [Sign in] and choose [Membership sign in] button at the top of the booking widget. |
| Step 2 | ・Input registered email address and password, then click [Sign in] again. |
| Step 3 | ・After signing in, the guests can access their My Account page by clicking on their [member account name] and choose [Account]. |
| 1. Membership ID | The guest Membership ID will be displayed. |
| 2. Membership Rank | Membership rank held by the guest will be displayed. |
| 3. Membership Point | The number of available points that can be use by the guest will be displayed. |
| 4. My QR code | QR code in the upper left of the screen will be available if member program has been set up. |
| 5. Login Information | Registered login email will be displayed in the "Login Email" and "Password" field. |
| 6. Personal Information | Guest details such as first name, last name, company name, gender, nationality, date of birth, and occupation are displayed in this section. |
| 7. Promotion email setting | If the guest agreed to receive promotional emails from the hotel upon creating a membership account, the Toggle will be appear ON. *This can be turn OFF by clicking the toggle. |
| 8. Remove Account | The guest can remove their membership account permanently by clicking [Remove Account] button. *This action cannot be reversed. |

| Step 1 | ・Click the [Edit] button in the “Login Information” section. |
| Step 2 | ・After clicking[Edit], “Login Information” section will change to "Change login email" section. ・Input new email address on "Email" field and password. ・Once done, click [Save] button. |
| Step 3 | ・After a new email address is saved, an email verification will be sent to the newly registered email address as below. |
| Step 4 | ・Once URL link in the email is clicked, the guest will be directed to the "My Account page", and email address on the "Login Email" will now changed. |

| Step 4 | ・Reset Password request email will be sent to the registered email as follow. ・Click [Reset Password] to change password. |
| Step 5 | ・After [Reset Password] is clicked, the guest will be directed to Change Password screen as follow. ・Set new password on the first field and confirm new password. ・Click [Set Password]. |
| Step 6 | ・After new password has been set, you will be signed out automatically from your account and Password change notification will be displayed as follow. ・Click [Sign In] to log in into My Account page, using registered email address and new password. |
| Step 1 | ・Click [Remove Account] on the bottom of "My Account Page" to cancel membership. |
| Step 2 | ・A pop-up notification will be displayed as below. ・Select a reason for cancelling the membership. ・Click [Delete] to confirm. |
| Step 3 | ・Guest will be notified by email, once they had Remove their membership Account. *Once the membership account is removed, guest will no longer be able to view previous reservations and any points have earned will be invalidated. |

7.1 Available Point
Status Details Gained Points The number of points added when points become available.Refund Points Points refunded when a reservation using points is cancelled.Spent Points Negative value shown when points are used for a reservation.Expired Points Negative value shown when points expire.7.2 Future Point
- Points that will be granted in the future when a reservation is completed.
- If a reservation is modified in the admin screen before the points are actually granted to the user, the points will be updated automatically.
- If the points have already been granted to the user, a notice message will be displayed when the reservation modification is completed.
- Even if the check-out date is changed in the admin screen, the point availability start date and expiration date will not change.
When the points to be earned become valid, the record will be removed from Points to Be Earned and moved to Available Points.
