Step 5 | ・Select Payment Method and checked the term of use and privacy policy. ・Click [Confirm Your Reservation] to complete the reservation. *For Credit card payment, prepayments are processed as immediate payments. *With the introduction of GMO’s 3D Secure, all card brands (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX) will redirect users to a verification screen. |
Step 6 | Once the reservation is complete, a screen like the one below will be displayed. *If additional questions are configured on the reservation completion screen, they will be displayed under "Manage the reservations" on the right side. |
1.1 Search result Screen
1. Check in - check out date This is to change check in - check out date.
If the date is change search result screen will be refreshed.2. Guests This is to change the number of guest, as well as the number of adults and kids. 3. Book for day-use only Search only for day-use plans. 4. Date undecided Search even if the dates are not yet decided. 5. Show only available Only display plans that are available based on the selected date and number of guests.
*This option is checked by default.6. Sort Sort the results by lowest price, highest price, or recommended order. 7. Filter Filter by room type (e.g., single/double), smoking/non-smoking, and with/without breakfast. 8. Room / Plan Switch between searching by room or by plan. 1.2 About Coupon

1.3 About Points
- To use points toward the accommodation fee, please enter the amount here or choose to save point for later.

Warning
■When a payment error occurs while using points:
If a reservation using points and credit card payment fails due to a payment error, the points used at the time of booking will temporarily be marked as Used.
The reservation data is automatically deleted on the following day, at which time the points are restored.▼Example
If the 3D Secure password is entered incorrectly, the reservation is temporarily placed on hold.
When the reservation data is deleted the next day, the used points are returned.If points need to be used urgently, the property may temporarily grant points.
After the original points are restored on the following day, please deduct the temporarily granted points.
After the reservation is completed, a reservation confirmation email is sent.
