Cancel a Reservation (Guest Screen)
Purpose
This section explains the steps for canceling a reservation.
⏱ Estimated time: ~5 mins
1. Cancel from Email Confirmation
| Step 1 | ・Click on the URL provided in the reservation confirmation email. ・After clicking the URL, Reservation confirmation page will be displayed.

| Step 2 | ・To cancel the reservation, click [Cancel your booking] on the right side of the screen.

| Step 3 | ・Click [Cancel your booking] to display the cancellation confirmation pop-up. ・The cancellation fee is shown according to the cancellation policy. ・Select [Reason for Cancellation], then click [Cancel your booking]. |
| Step 4 | ・Once the cancellation is confirmed, the screen returns to the Reservation Confirmation screen, and a “Your booking has been cancelled” notification appears at the top of the screen.

| Step 5 | "Reservation cancelation email" will be sent to email address registered in the reservation.

2. Cancel from Membership Account
| Step 1 | ・While logged in, click [Reservations]. |
| Step 2 | ・Confirmed reservations are displayed in the[Upcoming]. ・Click [Cancel your booking] to cancel the reservation.

| Step 3 | ・The cancelled reservation will be under "Cancelled" list on the membership account.

If the reservation includes options or extra, the cancellation pop-up screen will also display the cancellation status for those options.
