tripla Guide

Info
Purpose:
This section explains how in-house information that was previously provided on paper or via VOD can be displayed on guests’ smartphones.
Warning
A subscription to both "tripla Bot" and "tripla Guide" is required to use this feature.

1. Where to Set

2. Dashboard

The usage status of Guide can be view on Dashboard.
For instruction on how to read the dash board,  please refer to this page.

3. Website

  1. Setting page: Guide Property Management Screen
  2. Action: 'Website'

1. ActiveWhen the setting turned ON, the Guide page will be visible by the guest.
*The content that has been set or edited can be seen in the "Preview" on the right side of the screen.

2. Logo
・Select this option to display logo.
・Upload the logo's image, by clicking [Add image].
*If no image is uploaded, the property name will be displayed
3. Icon color
Set Icon Color and the font color.
*The background color cannot be changed.
4. Welcome heading
Set message that will be displayed to guest.
Only text input is supported. 

3.1 Hero Image

1. No Header
・Select this option to remove header and show only content button.
2. Single Image
・Select this to display an image as header.
3. Gallery Slide
・Select this option to display multiple image in slide.

■How to setting image slider
Step 1
Click [+Create New Gallery Slide], the screen will be redirected to "Slider Deck Gallery" creation screen.

Step 2
Enter the "Component Name" field. 
*This will not be displayed in guest screen.

Step 3
Images can be added in the Customize section.
Click [Add more] to add multiple images.
By entering a URL, users can be redirected to the linked page when the image is tapped.
■Note:
Image aspect ratio: 2:1  (Examples: 2000 × 1000, 1000 × 500)
*If the aspect ratio does not match, the top part of the image may be cropped.

Step 4
After creating and saving an image slider, it becomes selectable from the dropdown on the "Website" screen.
[Enable Auto-Play for Slide]: Enable this to make the "Gallery Slide" play automatically.

Idea
 The "Slider Deck Gallery" can also be accessed from the left-hand menu.
  1. Action: 'Shared Component' → "Slider Deck Gallery"

3.2 Display Content

This section explains how to configure the items displayed on tripla Guide.
Frequently used content is provided by default.
Additional content can be created freely.

3.2.1 How to create Content

  1. Action'Shared Component' → "Content Page"
  2. For more information, please refer to this manual.
Idea
■"Tourist Attraction" and "Nearby Restaurant"
"Tourist Attraction" and "Nearby Restaurant" are generated by default as custom bots, so they can be used immediately by turning the feature on.
・To edit the distance or title, click the pencil icon on the content.
Click the square link button in the upper-right corner.
The icon, title, distance (unit: meters), and display period can be edited.

The range for “Tourist Attractions” and “Nearby Restaurant” is searched based on the latitude and longitude set under: 
  1. Action: tripla Bot > [Property Management Screen] > [Settings] > [Property Information]

3.2.2 How to add Content

  1. Click [Add More] and select the created content from the dropdown.
  2. When the [Save] button is clicked, the content is added in the ON state.

3.2.3 Reordering and Turning ON/OFF the Content

  1. Drag and drop the content to reordering the display content. 
  2. Turning OFF the switch will hide the content while retaining its setting. 



3.2.4 Checking Content Preview Display

The added display content can be preview on the right side of the screen.
WarningPlease ensure that the tripla Guide is enabled, otherwise the preview display will not works. 
  1. If the content need to be edited, click this [] icon. 
  2. On the pop up screen, click [] and the screen will be redirected to the content creation page.
  3. After clicking [Save] button, scroll down the preview display and find the QR code. 
  4. Scan the QR code to preview the display in actual screen. 

3.3 Custom Bot Preview

Step 1・click this [] icon on the content.
On the pop up screen, click [
and the screen will be redirected to the content creation page.

Step 2On the Custom bot section,  click [] again and the screen will be redirected to Custom Flow Bot Screen.  

Step 3
Click [Test Bot] on the top right screen, to preview the settings of the custom bot.

Step 4Click [ < ] or [ > ] button to slide through the content.

Idea
  1. Up to 10 tourist attraction and restaurant are displayed. 
  2. Tourist attraction is displayed based on popularity within specified radius.
  3. While Restaurant is displayed based on proximity
  4. The screen will be redirect to the Google Maps screen, if [Open Google Map] button is clicked. 

3.4 SNS

  1. Various social media platforms can be linked.
  2. The Enabled SNS will be displayed on the below of the screen.
  1. Follow the step below to set the link for each social media platforms
Step 1Click [] icon, to open the content page where the title and other details can be edited.

Step 2Click [and the screen will be redirected to the content creation page.

Step 3Set the link destination on the link field.

3.5 Menu Bar

Switch ON the toggle to enable the "Menu Bar".

4. Flyer

Flyers with QR codes can be created and downloaded.
They can be used by guests to scan in their rooms or at the front desk.
  1. Action: 'Flyers'  [+New]
Step 1
Enter a name for internal CM management of the flyer.
*This name is not displayed to guests and appears only in the flyer list.
Step 2
Edit the flyer details.
Step 3
A preview of the created flyer is displayed.
The flyer can be downloaded by selecting [Download PDF Flyer].
Step 4
・Flyers with different QR codes can be created for each room.
▼Step:
・Click [Add Room Number] on the Preview Screen.
・Input the "Room number" on field for [Start number at] and [End number at].
・By entering a custom name, a label can be added [Before number] or [After number].
・Click [Apply].
Step 5
After clicking Apply, the flyers can be selected for bulk download or deleted by checking the desired items.


5. Display Language

The default display language is based on the default language set for tripla Bot, under:
  1. Setting Page: triplabot property management screen
  2. Action: 'Admin Setting' → "Language Setting"

When another language is selected, the content will be translated using Google’s automatic translation.
 
Warning
"Chat" and "FAQ" can only be displayed in 5 languages: Japanese, English, Korean, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese.
