Membership Bookings & Point History

InfoPurpose:
This section explains how to check reservation, point, and update history for each member in the management screen, as well as how to add or deduct points.

1. Where to Set

  1. Setting Page: Brand Management screen
  2. Action: 'Members'


Step 1
Members can be searched by nameemail address, or membership ID using the search bar.
Step 2
Clicking the corresponding member opens the page displaying their personal informationreservations, and points details.

Step 3
In the member detail page, the [Member History] tab at the top allows checking the member’s "Reservation history", "Point History" and "Member Data Change Log".

2. Profile - Points Status

PointsTotal points.
Ranking PointsPoints counted toward rank-up.
Total accommodation feeTotal amount spent on stays.

3. Point History

StatusDetails
Gained Points
The number of points added when points become available.

Refund Points
Points refunded when a reservation using points is canceled.

Spent Points
Negative value shown when points are used for a reservation.

Expired Points
Negative value shown when points expire.

Future Points
Points scheduled to be awarded for a future reservation.

*When the Future Points become active, the record is automatically removed from the Future Points section and transferred to the Available Points section.
Info
The Reservation ID is displayed as a clickable link.
Clicking it opens the corresponding reservation details page.

4. Update points expiration

Step 1
Click [Update Points Expiration], and a calendar will appear.

Step 2
Select the desired expiration date and confirm to apply the update.
WarningOnly [All Points] is selected under "Amount" in the "Point Expiring Rules" settings, it is possible to update the expiration date of points.
  1. Setting Page: Brand Management screen
  2. Action:  'Settings' → 'Points Program' → "Point Expiring Rules" → "Amount"

5. Add/Reduce points

Points can be manually added or deducted for the selected member.

Click [Add/Reduce points] to open a popup window and perform point adjustments.
Points to Add/DeductEnter the number of points to add or deduct.
Operation TypeSelect whether to add or deduct points.
ExpirationCan be set only when adding points.
Ranking PointsChoose whether the points are counted toward rank-up conditions.
PropertySelect the applicable property from all available ones.
Reason for Adjustment
The entered details will also appear on the member’s screen.
*Please ensure the content is appropriate.
*The expiration date is automatically applied and does not need to be entered manually.

InfoBrand Manager can allow Property Manager and Property Operators to perform point additions and deductions.

6. Member Data Change Log

From the "Member Data Change Log" tab, it is possible to check the change history of the member’s information.
