Tripla Admin Account Management
Purpose:
This section is to explain how to configure login account's name, email address, and manage password from the tripla administration screen.
1. Where to Set
- After logging in, click [UPDATE PROFILE] on the tripla administration screen.
- Alternatively, same screen can be access by clicking icon
on the right side of each product page, and click [Manage Account].
2. Update Profile
| On the "Update Profile" page, users name and email address used to log in to the tripla admin screen can be edited. |  |
| It is also possible to set "Profile Picture", "Nick Name", "Phone Number", "Language" and "Time Zone" |
3. How to change email address
| Step 1 | Enter new email address in "Email" field on the 'Update Profile' page.

| Step 2 | Click [Update Profile] button on the bottom of the screen.

| Step 3 | ・An email titled "How to Register Your Account" will be sent to the new email address. ・Click [Verify Account] in the email. |
4. Change Password
- If the maximum number of login devices is reached, a notification email will be sent.
- To log in on a new device, remove one of the registered devices and then try logging in again.
- It is also possible to delete devices from the 'Linked Devices' screen by clicking [Remove] button.
6. MFA
MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) is a security method that requires multiple verification factors to confirm a user’s identity.
It helps prevent impersonation and unauthorized access, enhancing overall security.
On the MFA page, multi-factor authentication can be configured for accounts that access the admin panel.
The one-time password delivery method can be selected as either Email or Google Authenticator App.
*When Google Authenticator App is selected, a free authentication app (such as Google Authenticator) is required.
