Purpose:
This section explains how to configure the recommender widget,
which uses AI recommendations to display the most suitable room type for each user by plan.

Warning
  1. Plans are displayed at the lowest price within the past year.
  2. When “Search without check-in date” is enabled, availability search is shown without selecting dates.

1. Where to set

  1. Setting Page: Property Management Screen
  2. Action: 'Settings' → 'Widget Settings' → [Recommender Widget]
Warning
To display this feature, in addition to configuring the tripla admin screen, a JavaScript code must be embedded on the website.
Please request this setup from your website developer.

2. Customize Your Recommender Widget (Required)

  1. Turning ON the Active toggle, will activates the Recommender Widget.

3.  Positioning (Required)

3.1 Following Pages

To display the recommender widget only on specific pages, select [Following Pages] and set the conditions.
1. Display / ExceptionSelect whether the widget is displayed or excluded based on the specified conditions.
2. URL String to MatchEnter the URL string to display or exclude the widget.
3. Pattern Match
Select how the entered URL string is matched:
Equals, Start with, or Contains.
4. Position
Select where the widget is displayed:
Center, Bottom, Top, or designate by CSS selector.
5. Preview Desktop
Preview how the widget appears in a PC browser.
*The preview is valid for 5 minutes only.
6. Preview Mobile
・Preview how the widget appears in a mobile browser.
・Click to display a QR code. Scanning the QR code opens the property’s mobile website in preview mode.
*The preview is valid for 5 minutes only.
7. + Add
・Add a Display / Exclude rule.
・The rule can be deleted by clicking the trash icon that appears after adding it.

3.2 All Pages

  1. When [All Pages] is selected, the recommender widget is displayed on all pages of the website.
  2. Only the display position can be selected.
WarningWhen specifying the position using a CSS selector, separate assistance from the website developer is required.

4. Button (Optional)

The text and color of the "Recommender Widget" button can be customized in this section.
