This section is to explain how to display a consent box option in the booking widget where users can choose to receive promotional emails

1. Where to Set

  1. Setting page: Brand Management Screen
  2. Action: 'Setting' → 'Booking Engine' → [Non-Members Email Consent]

2. Non-Members Email Consent

  1. When the Enable button is turned ON, the following message will appear on the guest information input screen.
  2. This message can be edited in the text input field.
  1. This setting is designed to obtain consent from non-member guests, so the message will not be displayed when a member is logged in.
  2. Consent from members is obtained during the membership registration process.


3. Checked by default

  1. When “Checked by default” option  is checked, the consent checkbox is pre-selected on the customer information entry screen.
    *Please note that it may take a few minutes for this setting to be applied.

4. Send opt-out link in the reservation confirmation email

  1. When “Send opt-out link in reservation confirmation email” is selected, an opt-out link is included in the reservation confirmation email.
