Purpose
This section is to explain how to customizing the chatbot menu and organize the display the information to be more user-friendly.

1. Where to Set

  1. Setting Page: Property Management screen
  2. Action: 'Menu'   [Chatbot Menu]
Chatbot Menu screen will be displayed as follow.

2. Customize Chatbot Menu

1. Appearance
Compact: The menu is displayed as a smaller button.
The chat text box field is also visible.

Full page: The menu is displayed as a list, the chat text box is hidden, and only the menu is displayed.

2. Display Menu ON/OFFTurning ON the toggle will display the created content on the Menu item list.
・The Item list can also reordered by drag and drop.


3. Add/Edit/Delete Content

3.1 Add Content

To Add more content on the Menu, click [+Add more], and "Add more" pop up screen will display
Choose the category and content from the drop down.

To create new shared component, click click [+Create New Shared Component]
The screen will be redirected to "Content Page" screen. 
For instructions on how to Create New Shared Component, please refer to Content Page Manual.

3.2 Edit/Delete Content

To Edit the content click on [] and to delete click on [] icon.
