| 3. Status | Filter chat based on the status of chat. |
| 4. Date Selector | Chats can be filtered by specifying a date or date range. *Searches can be performed for up to the past year, with selectable periods of up to four weeks. |
| 5. More Filters | ・When [More Filter] is clicked, filter for "Property", "Language", "Concierge", "Hide empty chat" filter will be displayed. ・After setting each filter, click [Apply] to extract data based on the selected filters. |
| 6. Property | ・Filter chat based on the property. |
| 7. Language | Filter chats based on the language. |
| 8. Concierge | Filter chats based on the concierge. Select this option to view chats by each concierge with admin screen permissions who handled the inquiries. |
| 9. Hide empty chats | Filter to show only empty or unread chats. |
| 10. Apply | Apply filter that has been selected. |
| 11. Clear Filter | Clear all selected filter. |
| 12. Download CSV | Download the chat history in CSV format. |
| 13. Less filters | Filters for "Property", "Language", "Concierge", "Hide empty chat" are hidden. |
